Northeast Shiitake mushroom
Shiitake mushroom is the world's second largest edible fungus and one of China's special products. Shiitake is rich in vitamin B group, iron, potassium, vitamin D, it is high protein, low fat nutrition food. Among them, the Flower Mushroom is famous for its large, thick mushroom, low water content and long shelf life.
Shiitake mushroom was first cultivated in southern China, and the cultivation of shiitake mushroom in northeast China was late, but the advantages of production are becoming more and more obvious:
(1) Climate Advantage: The northeast region is cold in winter, hot in summer, but the duration is short, the air humidity is relatively low, the climate is dry, the temperature difference between day and night is big, so the environmental condition is more suitable for the production of Shiitake mushroom;
(2) Resource Advantage: The northeast area is rich in forest resources, and the total volume of trees is more abundant, and the wood has a hard texture and good quality;
(3) Product Advantage: The Flower Shiitake mushroom and Camellia are the two main products in the Northeast China.
